Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
As all our items are exempt from being returned, we do not issue any refunds.
If the incorrect sample/color has been sent then we will re-send the correct sample/color.
We cannot make any substitutions or exchanges (for example, the customer cannot request for another color or product instead of the one ordered or purchased).

Any merchandise purchased from this site will be shipped by a third party carrier.
As a result, title and risk of loss for merchandise will pass to the carrier upon the transfer of the merchandise to them.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after you have submitted your order.
If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn’t shipped yet, you’ll need to request a cancellation and order again.
Once the order has shipped it can no longer be changed.
